Women-led Support Programme

The Wana Mwanga Initiative is a women-led movement designed to take women from survival to abundance by combining business development, storytelling, and mindset transformation.

Built on the belief that every woman has the capacity to thrive economically and socially, the initiative has integrated local markets, an online sales platform, and educational programmes that blend both online and offline formats. Its pillars include women-led business development and branding, physical and digital market access, and mindset coaching that empowers women to step into confidence and growth.

Designed for implementation locally and globally, Wana Mwanga targets grassroots women as well as partners working in socio-economic empowerment. By pairing partner financing with a self-sustaining sales model, the initiative creates a breakthrough approach to tackling poverty and exclusion, turning women’s creativity and resilience into sustainable prosperity.
